Our Pasco - Hernando Region (PHR) is seeking BCBAs who are motivated and passionate about providing high quality ABA therapy in the community, family homes, and schools. We have an immediate need in Spring Hill for school-based services.

This opening is primarily for a position as a site analyst for a school setting with an available full-time caseload within a 30-minute driving distance from Land O Lakes/Odessa/NPR. The analyst will provide supervision to a team of RBTs as well as coordinate with school staff.

We have great relationships with several public and private school and enjoy supporting our clients as well as their parents, caregivers, and teachers. Analysts joining our team can expect a supportive team of other behavior analysts in a variety of setting that will suit all professional skill sets and preferences.

Applicant Requirements/Job Duties:

• Must be Board Certified (BCBA) to be considered.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior plans
• Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals
• Analyze and graph data weekly
• Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
• Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for registered behavior technicians and keep record of supervision (3 years of experience)
• Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements
• Complete billing bi-weekly
